While Oracle SOAR experience is our primary focus, expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud, Oracle EBS, master data management, and supply chain modules is also essential. Responsibilities: Oracle SOAR Implementation: Lead and manage Oracle SOAR projects, overseeing the migration of on-premises Oracle applications to Oracle Cloud. Ensure the successful execution of migration plans, including SaaS to SaaS, PaaS to SaaS, or SaaS to On-Premise migrations. Oracle Fusion Cloud Expertise: Leverage your deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud to optimize business processes, enhance system performance, and provide recommendations for system improvements. Oracle EBS Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) with other applications and technologies as needed, ensuring data consistency and seamless operations. Master Data Management: Implement and maintain master data management solutions, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and governance across the organization. Supply Chain Module Experience: Utilize your expertise in Oracle supply chain modules to drive improvements in supply chain operations and support ongoing business needs. Technical Leadership: Serve as the subject matter expert for Oracle SOAR, offering guidance and best practices to ensure the successful migration of Oracle applications to the cloud. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of migration processes, configurations, and post-migration support activities. Generate reports to track project progress and key performance indicators. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical challenges and issues that may arise during migration projects, applying problem-solving skills to minimize downtime and disruptions. Training and Knowledge Transfer: Provide training to end-users and internal teams to ensure they are well-equipped to leverage Oracle Cloud and related technologies effectively. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience with Oracle SOAR, including successful project management and implementation. Expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS). Strong knowledge of master data management principles and practices. In-depth understanding of Oracle supply chain modules. Oracle certifications related to cloud migration and technology are a plus. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities. A commitment to staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
