Job Description:: Role is full stack including testing. Very strong in Java/J2EE concepts. Should have good knowledge of spring boot and microservices. Should understand core architecture and domain concepts. Should be aware of cloud autoscaling etc.. Should understand data synchronization. Very strong in communication and collaboration should be able to talk to multiple stakeholders. POS experience is a plus! Must work on the assigned tasks and provide timely status updates. Must lead offshore Team to clarify all their queries and update them with the tasks to be completed. No management role expectations (track work hours, approve timesheets etc). On-call on rotation basis: It is between 8 AM 8 PM EST Hours. Other times offshore will take care.
