MUST HAVE THE BELOW SKILLS Most of the testing is Testing backend and just some testing on the front end API Testing DB Testing (Dynamo DB and SQL Server database) Strong experience with AWS Cypress is important (if not Cypress, strong Selenium and they will help them learn Cypress) Strong expertise in JavaScript, C#, Java, TypeScript (Strong with either C# or Java) Advanced understanding of open-source web frameworks such as Angular, Bootstrap, Node.js, and Express. Experience with Cypress test automation for both UI and API automated testing. Experience testing in an AWS environment and various AWS services. This is important. Experience with API testing frameworks such as Karate, Gatling, JMeter, or Postman preferred. Want someone proactive in testing making sure everything is covered without someone having to ask. The Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for leading the end-to-end quality of projects within the Companys Web, Mobile, and other Application Portfolios through test automation. The Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for architecting new automated test strategies and frameworks in addition to creating, testing, and planning for both manual and automated test frameworks. This work will be accomplished within an Agile methodology or other methodologies in support of a Continuous Delivery Pipeline with frequent application releases. REQUIRED SKILLS: Experience designing test scenarios, breaking down software features and developing automated test strategies. Strong expertise in JavaScript, C#, Java, TypeScript, or other applicable languages as needed to support test automation efforts. Advanced understanding of open-source web frameworks such as Angular, Bootstrap, Node.js, and Express. Experience with Cypress test automation for both UI and API automated testing. Experience testing in an AWS environment and various AWS services. Experience with manual and automated UI and API testing. Experience with software automation testing methodologies including regression, functional, unit, integration, coverage, performance and load preferred. Experience with programming languages such as Java, C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript, Advanced understanding of tools like Selenium, Cucumber, Appium or Cypress, API manual and automated testing, design of automated testing approaches and strategies for functional, API, integration, regression, and End to End, TDD, BDD, Service Oriented Architecture, Git or Subversion, SQL. Experience testing applications that integrate with other systems through RESTful API's preferred. Experience with test management tools such as qTest, ALM, TFS, or similar tools preferred. Experience with API testing frameworks such as Karate, Gatling, JMeter, or Postman preferred. Some experience with load and performance testing preferred. Knowledge of Cloud platforms and services such as Amazon AWS, Azure, Heroku, Perfecto Mobile, and SauceLabs preferred.
