Define and implement the RPA Support Process. Define & implement the RPA Migration/Deployment Process, Maintain Bot Library. Skills Required: Hands on experience & certification in Power Automate, AI/ML Modules, Intelligent Document Extraction, AI Builder Additional RPA tools (Ui Path, Automate Anywhere, Blue Prism) expertise preferred Extensive experience in customer facing roles, gathering business requirements, and designing RPA solutions Architecting enterprise level RPA solutions involving multiple systems, sub-systems, and ERP, CRM, Finance applications Experience with customer interaction and software development lifecycle, as well as Agile project management methodology Programming languages: knowledge of Python, SQL , .Net preferred Excellent verbal & written communication skills -- If I missed your call.
