CDN Traffic Management, Performance and Metrics, Caching, Rewrites, Load Balancing methods, HTTP Cache/Proxy. Troubleshoot issues relating to web traffic (HTTP status codes, caching issues, routing issues, etc). Configuration of all necessary reports, dashboard, and searches required by teams. Knowledge transfer installation, configuration, and administration of the CDN application. Providing scheduled and emergency after-hours support on a rotating basis. Role Requirements BS in Computer Science or related fields with 5+ years of professional experience or MS with 3+ years of experience. Experience in integrating websites (internal or customer) and understands the benefits of CDN technologies (performance, security, reliability, scalability). Experience with one of either Akamai, Cloudflare, Fastly, or CloudFront Ability to explain an HTTP requests journey from the browser all the way to the web Origin. who understands the basics of proxies, load balancers, managing cache, etc. Experience in a technical customer-facing consultation role within the Information Technology industry, using excellent business writing, presentation, and communication skills who can troubleshoot issues relating to web traffic (HTTP status codes, caching issues, routing issues, etc.) Experience with one or more programming/scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, JSON, XML and Java). Experience with API tools like Postman/Rest APIs and API acceleration/Caching. Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of the internet, including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, HTML, and SSL protocols. Background in web acceleration, web security, or infrastructure security technologies. Team player with strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
