Candidate must have a deep knowledge of Agile principles. Must have a working knowledge of agile productivity metrics and how they relate to transformation. Must have deep knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework, Lean, and Product Development Flow principles. Experience with large scale software delivery and/or Agile transformation at scale in large enterprise organizations. Candidate must be able to work independently without significant supervision. Job Description and Qualifications: The Business Intelligence Engineer 2 solves complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers. Business Intelligence Engineer 2 will focus on reporting and business intelligence solutions in support of organizational agile transformation. This team reports on the progress of the agile transformation initiative and on the maturity of agile teams in order to accelerate the delivery of business value. The Business Intelligence Engineer 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action. Will utilize the tools, technologies, applications and practices used to collect, integrate, analyze, and present an organization's raw data in order to create insightful and actionable business information. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed.
