The candidate must have strong technical and communication skills to support the transition from a legacy PeopleSoft system to a cloud-hosted replacement. The role involves working in an Agile/SCRUM environment, conducting daily stand-up meetings, and requires expertise in PeopleSoft HRMS modules, data conversion, People Code, SQL, and root-cause analysis. The ideal candidate should have experience in Benefits Administration, Payroll, or Pension Administration modules and possess both functional and technical acumen. Skills: Azure DevOps Services Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Information Technology Microsoft Azure Payroll Systems Pension Administration People Code PeopleSoft PeopleSoft CRM PeopleSoft Financial Analytics SQL Requirement: 10+ years of working in Information Technology with years of Agile experience 3+ years of experienced in gathering and documenting requirements towards changes the PeopleSoft application. 3+ years of Demonstrating superior, current hands-on functional experience in one or more of the following PeopleSoft modules: HRMS, Base Benefits, Benefits Administration, Pension Administration, Payroll. 3+ years of working exclusively as a PeopleSoft Functional Analyst or the most recent three years, totaling three years of experience. 5+ years of strong SQL skills, ability to write and execute advanced SQL in both Oracle and SQL Server. 3+ years of the ability to manage a Scrum or Kanban team preferred. 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure Dev Ops preferred. 5+ years of experience in having worked on prior implementations/conversions from a legacy PeopleSoft application preferred. 5+ years of experience with Defined Benefit Pension Plans preferred. 5+ years of defined Benefit Pension Plan knowledge to understand data requirements and use preferred. 5+ years of experience with Base Benefits or Benefits Administration systems preferred. 5+ years of experience with Pension Administration systems. 5+ years of experience with Payroll Systems. 5+ years of providing troubleshooting for isolating functional / technical problems within the PeopleSoft application.
