Please find the Job Description below LOOKING FOR LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY--- AND ON C2C AND W2 Role: Healthcare Program Manager Location: Baltimore, MD- Hybrid Duration: Long-term NEED ONLY LOCALS Description: Very high visibility roles dealing with the Senate and Legislation, so candidates need to be able to build relationships with stakeholders, have strong client management, and strong personalities/communication skills. Implementing systems across facilities, There will be 10 facilities for this project. Experience with change management Experience working with diverse populations of people with diverse job titles Candidates need experience building relationships with stakeholders and strong client management experience. With this position, it is hybrid but they will be coordinating the implementations at the different facilities and traveling from site to site Required skills: At least twelve (12) years of experience in program or project management. At least eight (8) years of experience in supervision or oversight of IT related programs or projects. A proven track record of successfully implementing projects using Agile methodologies including at least five (5) years of experience as a project manager managing major ($1M or more) projects in a high technology development environment with cross-functional teams. At least five (5) years of experience managing programs in a healthcare environment. Experience with agile tools such as Jira. Experience in work planning, monitoring, and reporting. Experience managing requirements processes including conducting interviews and documenting technical requirements. Experience managing design activities including design sessions and defining future state processes. Experience managing vendors and service providers. Experience working with and managing onsite and remote teams. Experience with industry-standard System Development Life Cycle methodologies. PMP and Scrum certification is needed. Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects. Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communications skills. Demonstrates capacity to engage effectively with stakeholders and all levels.
