Job Title : Systems Analyst Sr Duration : 6+ Months with RTH Location : HYBRID, MUST work EST Core Business Hours Visa : USC or GC Only What is the business need for the hire: NGS must provide maintenance support to the BESST Beneficiary Eligibility Suite Systems & Transaction. Interview Process (How long will it take sub to fill): 1) 30-minute Pre-screen interview within NGS by Director, Manager and Tech person, 2) 30-minte Panel Interview with Softrams partner firm. 1 week for decision. Why is this position open: Additional Functionality must be added to handle HIPPA eligibility status. - Java Development Experience is needed because Systems Analyst must be able to do Peer Review of code 10-15% of the time. - Postgres Database experience is not needed Systems Analyst but will be working with that technology. - Systems Analyst reside within 50 mile radius of NGS Office (ie; Baltimore, MD zone 3, Denison, TX Zone 5, Harrisburg, PA zone 5, Hingham, MA Zone 3, Indianapolis, IN zone 4) they will be expected to come into office 1 day per week. Must have's: Must have Java Development Experience 3-4 years Must have strong EDI experience 3+ years Must have software testing experience 3+ years Must have strong communications and documentation skills, attention to detail Must have Postgres Database experience - 2-3 years Must have experience with Health IT systems and EDI processing Must have experience with healthcare benefits policies and eligibility, specifically Medicare/ Medicaid Must have experience with 270/ 271 transactions and/or other X12 data formats Standard Work Hours Are Monday Friday. They Can Flex Starting As Early As 7AM And As Late As 9AM EST. ***This Position Will Be On-Call As There Are Testing Responsibilities That May Come Up After Hours. These Roles Will Work Closely With Developer Sr, So If An Issue Needs To Be Validated After Hours Or During Off Hours, We Will Need Candidates To Be Willing To Be Flexible. *** Preferred Skills: Government Experience or Experience Working As A Government Contractor Experience With Health IT Systems And Electronic Data Interface (EDI) Processing Experience With 270/271 Transactions And/Or Other X12 Data Formats Experience With Healthcare Benefits Policies And Eligibility, Specifically Medicare/ MEDICAID This Is A HYBRID ROLE Will Be Expected To Work In One Of The Locations Listed Below At Least 1 Day/Week (Potentially More When Needed). Candidates Should Live Within 50 Mile Radius Of Sites Listed Below. ** Location Details: For operational strength, recruiting should be initially focused on these locations as they provide the strongest overall support for technology and ease of access for our NGS teams. ** Baltimore, Denison, Harrisburg, Hingham, and Indianapolis. Systems Analyst Sr Responsible for defining and managing the scope of business systems projects. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Manages integrated functionality, usability, reliability, performance and support requirements of a system. Creates feature test strategies and environment needs. Provides the link between the technical and business views of the system by ensuring that the technical solutions being developed will satisfy the needs of the business. Applies and mentors use of tools to define requirements. Anticipates and identifies opportunities for improvement. Ensures high level designs including architecture requirements are accurately documented and map to approved requirements. Assists in developing training documentation and proactive identification of additional documentation needs. Requires an BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study and a minimum of 3 years of experience with documenting requirements and/or building test cases for a variety of technologies; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Experience testing/product quality processes tools and methods strongly preferred. Project management experience and training in facilitation strongly preferred. Supports team meetings by capturing related notes, and documents and tracks action items through to completion. Activities to include, but not limited to; providing advice regarding initiatives, risks, and risk management; assistance with communications, etc. Implementation activities may include: assisting in defining scope, developing plans, timelines, cost/resource estimate, tracking action items and their resolution, and updating project/program plans and documentation. Collaborates with Federal Government clients to identify program needs, documents necessary actions, and track milestones and timelines to support overall program execution and future development. Assists in the development and updating of schedules and timelines and deliver according to requirements. Prepares draft documents and notifications; then track and monitor progress through to completion, as applicable. Must have Healthcare background. Experience with Benefits Policies and Eligibility. Specifically with Medicare/ Medicaid Experience with Health IT systems and EDI processing Experience with 270/271 transactions Tech Skills must have Cloud/ Hosted AWS Systems Analyst Sr must provide maintenance support to the BESST Beneficiary Eligibility Suite Systems & Transaction.
