Salesforce Commerce Cloud Technical Architect Activities: Skilled communicator that exhibits strong executive presence and can present and defend different point of views on various technologies to a variety of technical and business audiences. Perform solution design, solution architecture, architecture roadmaps, prototyping, proof of concepts for current and future projects. Active role in identification and documentation of all necessary documentation(Technical Design Document (TDD),integration diagrams, process flows etc.) Asist in mentoring, training, and development of technical teams Perform quality review of work products. Advise and create methods to improve technical solution processes. Ensure team members follow established technical standards and enforce best practice for SFCC development. Ensure alignment with Enterprise Architecture principles, guardrails, standards, patterns, and frameworks. Work with application developers, users, operational leadership, and subject matter experts to recommend modern technology stacks to meet their goals and help engineering teams migrate towards their use. Provide highly efficient development effort when necessary. Other things to consider Ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a Product Management organization structure. This role involves working closely with Product Managers/Owners and Technical Delivery Managers/Technical Leads to architect/design and orchestrate building highly scalable and performant applications on the Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2C platform. Ideal candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, technically leading the architecture/design of multiple web site properties with an overall architecture goal of leveraging a common architecture, technologies, components, and services across these multiple web site properties. Ideal candidate would have 5+ Years of working architecture experience with the Salesforce Commerce Cloud Platform Ideal candidate would have experience in architecting/designing integrations to other Salesforce Clouds such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and the Customer Data Platform (Data Cloud) Ideal candidate would have experience architecting/designing custom SFCC B2B solutions using the SFCC B2C platform. Ideal candidate will have experience in architecting/designing OCAPI integrations within SFCC. Ideal candidate will have senior level experience in architecting/designing REST/SOAP services.
