Skills/Experience;

Experience in contact center transformation program, understanding of end-to-end program model, challenges, best practices etc.
      Strong hands-on Experience on Google CCAI focusing on Dialogflow implementation.
      Strong understanding of conversational design, development, testing practices, and ability to coach the team
      Experience in CCAI implementation, preferably for financial services client
      AI and ML expertise, Experience in high-quality implementation for contact centers
      Experience in collaborating with program management, engineering, UX, and Product teams to identify product gaps and work with cross-functional teams to design solutions
      Strong communications and presentation skills
