Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

Responsibilities:
Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical discipline.

10+ years of Development Lead experience.

Experience in technical capabilities in a fast-paced, multi-disciplined, distributed and often ambiguous environment.

Experience working in cross functional groups including customers/users, software, supply chain, logistics, design, test, reliability, and failure analysis.

Excellent cross-organizational verbal and written communication skills to provide status and manage expectations.
