Position: Technical Business Analyst - Oracle Services Cloud Location: Boston, MA Duration: 6+ Months Job Description: Candidate Must have linkedin with photo. Hands on technical role (configurations) to support the Oracle Service Cloud implementation. You will complete business analysis and recommend solutions to improve efficiencies and reduce costs within the organization Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the companys system strategy to meet business needs Provide a strong service to cross-functional stakeholders. This role is the technical subject matter expert for Service Cloud implementation. They will need the ability to configure the system as well as work in integration with Salesforce. Requirements Technical Business Analyst with 1-2 implementations with Oracle Cloud Functional Services domain knowledge Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Service Cloud, Service Logistics, Field Service, Assets/Install Base, Subscriptions, and Spares Management. Knowledge of Order Management, Inventory, Supply Chain and Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) is preferred. Knowledge of Oracle eBS in the above-mentioned areas is preferred. Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, Digital Experience (Communities). Knowledge of Sales Cloud is preferred.
