Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Designer to join our dynamic team in the healthcare payor domain. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, efficient, and delightful user experiences for our clients digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and business stakeholders, to design and enhance user interfaces that meet the needs of our healthcare payor customers. Key Responsibilities: User Research: Conduct user research to understand the needs, behaviors, and pain points of healthcare payor customers. Synthesize research findings and translate them into actionable design solutions. Interaction Design: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. Ensure seamless navigation and interaction flow across different digital platforms. Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to validate design concepts and gather valuable feedback. Iterate designs based on user testing results and feedback from stakeholders. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience. Design Systems: Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and guidelines, ensuring consistency and coherence across all digital products. Accessibility: Advocate for and implement accessible design principles, ensuring our digital products are inclusive and usable by all users, regardless of abilities. Prototyping: Create interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools to demonstrate and validate design concepts effectively. Stay Updated: Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in UX design and apply them to enhance the user experience of our digital products. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Interaction Design, HCI, Graphic Design, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus. 5+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in the healthcare payor domain. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar. Strong portfolio showcasing UX design work for web and mobile applications. Experience with user research, usability testing, and design thinking methodologies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations related to payor services is a plus. Ability to work in an agile environment and adapt to changing project requirements. Experience with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
