Position: Ready API QA Engineer (Hybrid) Location: ( 3 Days Onsite & 2 Days Remote) , Chicago, IL Duration: 6 + Months VISA- USC & GC Job Description: Qualifications Bachelor's degree 3-5 years relevant experience Test environment in either Java or C# Hands-on experience in API test execution. Hands-on experience with Ready API, Postman, and SoapUI is a must have. Hands-on experience using SQL queries for results validation and data mining. Hands-on experience with Jira, ALM, TFS/ADO or similar systems of record. Experience in Regression Test Strategies, Regression suite maintenance and execution. Hands-on experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Experience in Automation testing is a strong plus. Responsibilities Review technical documents, functional specifications, use cases, design, and architecture documents to create effective, value-add test plans. Identify issues in API and data, report and oversee issue resolution. Become an expert in business rules, system functionality and architecture. Plan and execute Manual and Regression API testing. Independently develop, modify, and execute test cases based on requirements and design documents. Contribute to and maintain project documentation.
