Maintains assigned systems, responding to and resolving system problems in order to ensure systems are continuously available and function properly. Develops systems employing higher level languages such as 3 GLs, 4 GLs, enterprise class application development tools, system utilities, and project management tools in order to prepare systems for implementation. Diagnoses and isolates complex application software problems; formulates and implements effective solutions considering system capacity, limitations, time requirements, and desired results in order to resolve system problems and prevent reoccurrence. Designs and develops subroutines in support of system development efforts in order to achieve maximum productivity. Performs difficult, complex, and specialized programming assignments in order to ensure users and business needs are met. Seeking Programmers who are not theoretical but Logic Based, willing to do deep dive into the code to improve the application.
