Understand activities in-scope for the Amadeus HOTSOS setup & configuration. Coordination with Amadeus product team for issue resolution Create/update Jira items (epics, user stories, tasks, and defects) to ensure timely sprint ceremonies and deliverables. Participate in daily scrum, sprint review, and sprint retrospective meetings. Gather and manage ideas coming from different sources (e.g. internal stakeholders, business leaders, and customers/end users). This includes building and maintaining an ideas backlog, and keeping stakeholders informed about the status of their ideas and requests.
