ServiceNow ITAM Tech lead 6+Months Contract Remote Position Responsibilities: Lead the hardware asset data and lifecycle program, including assessing the current landscape. Suggest a roadmap for improvements and conduct gap analysis. Lead the collection, synthesis, analysis, and documentation of existing hardware data and business processes. Design a new asset model and establish data requirements. Lead hardware data cleanup to ensure accurate and timely reporting. Identify and escalate data completeness and quality issues to responsible data or process owners. Develop and report IT Asset Management (ITAM) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define and document detailed product improvement requirements and use cases. Skills: ServiceNow Business Analysis ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) - Hardware Asset Management ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) ServiceNow ITOM Discovery ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Work Requirements: Years of Experience: 5+ years of related experience. Experience utilizing ServiceNow CMDB, Hardware and Software Asset Management, Discovery, and Contracts modules. Proficient in data processing, analysis, and quality management tools. ServiceNow ITAM Certified.
