Able to set/update thresholds. Able to configure dashboards. Able to perform real time troubleshooting. Able to log a call with vendor for support. Able to upgrade to latest version . Understanding of probe servers and databases Able to add certificates in monitoring. Able to add storage in monitoring. Able to Nutanix array in monitoring Able to add ESXi host in monitoring. Create application specific dashboards. Able to configure and add IIS pools, azure components, services in monitoring. Able to create infrastructure dashboards. SolarWinds Able to create SolarWinds network, VPN dashboards. able to add network devices in monitoring. able to add SDWAN devices in monitoring. understanding of SolarWinds and manage engine integration. manage/unmanage nodes. troubleshoot issues . provide related evidence for SolarWinds and manage engine. Dynatrace Able to configure application performance monitoring. Able to configure end user performance monitoring. perform POC and do end to end implementation of dynatrace for mission critical applications. able to train application team. able to create dashboards.
