Generates reports and provides analyses within one of 5 reporting domains (Deposit Products, Payment and Electronic Services, Loan Products, Customer, and Access Points and Compliance) to support business decisions in the Retail Bank In-depth knowledge of application system data availability within their reporting domain, including application systems CIS, DDA, TDA, CLN, PLN, CBM, HBK, MOB, WBP, DWH, DSS, and OFSA, as well vendor software and data: ERSI ArcGIS, Informa, SNA, Claritas, and finally public information FDIC Summary of Deposits. Proficient programming skills and data extraction tool knowledge required within their reporting domain including mainframe JCL, mainframe SAS, SAS EG, Hyperion, Toad SQL, and Cognos. Proficient knowledge of advanced functionality in MS Office products. Most importantly Power BI, Access and Excel followed by Power Point and Word. Advanced project management skills, including time management / prioritization, managing and measuring work, and communicating results and status. Experience analyzing data and developing management reports and tools.
