Provide support on the Server Operations Team Ticket Queue and manage cases in a timely manner Provide support to integration efforts in key areas, including NTFS permissions and management ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with application owners on application deployment and configuration Understanding of security, compliance and change management controls Participate in cross team projects Configuration, maintenance and automation of secure server operating systems and third-party application deployment Administration and upgrades relating to windows server technologies and Active Directory for multiple domains. Collaborate on performance tuning, optimization, and capacity planning for servers and applications. Collaborate with Infrastructure teams for escalated issue resolution Ability to work as part of a team and with others in all levels of the organization JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelors degree or equivalent experience Proven experience supporting a Microsoft Server enterprise environment Proven experience in Active Directory administration (with emphasis on Group Policy, User & Group Management) Proven ability to automate with Power and/or Ansible Experience with Varonis The candidate must demonstrate strong infrastructure technical qualities.
