Title:Service Now Architect Location:Dallas, TX, Denver, CO (Initially Remote) Job Description: ServiceNow Architect plays a lead role in the delivery of ServiceNow Implementation program and drives strategic transformational change of IT Service management solution deployment. Responsible for the architecture and drive implementation/integration of the ServiceNow product and Integration with other systems. Responsible for the overall architecture, design, implementation, and integrity of the ServiceNow application within the enterprise. Also responsible for ensuring that the solution delivered to business units are engineered in accordance with corporate architecture and infrastructure standards. Job Responsibilities: Serve as an expert in the ServiceNow platform, leading ServiceNow practices, advancements, and innovation Must have experience on overall platform capabilities, ITSM, CMDB, CSDM,ITBM,PPM GRC and SecOps (Security operation SIR, VR, TI, CC or GRC Policy and compliance, Risk management, Audit management, Operational resilience, Vendor Risk management, Business continuity management modules) Understand overall business objective and run workshops to gather detailed requirements and, design the solution with the necessary applications that needs to be integrated.
