Job Description:- 

Must have at least 3-4 yrs. of implementation experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud

Working experience and in-depth understanding in the following modules of Oracle HCM Cloud:

Core HR

Recruitment

Talent Management

Learning

Good knowledge on Oracle HCM Cloud Data models.

Good knowledge in Oracle HCM Cloud HR business processes and their data flow

Must have technical knowledge on Fast Formulas for different Oracle HCM modules and Personalization

Must have good Knowledge in Reporting ( OTBI and BI Publisher) , HCM extracts and HDL

Must have experience in Data Loading for atleast 1 project.

Experience in Interface & Data migration testing related to HCM Cloud

Experience in

1.    Client facing roles and interacted with customers in requirement gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing and go-live

2.    Assisting in the identification, assessment and resolution of complex functional issues/problems

3.    Preparing for, facilitating, and gaining agreement on global design

Strong written and verbal communication skills

having decent knowledge in EBS r12 for all modules
