Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough usability testing of mobile applications and websites on a variety of mobile devices (iOS, Android) to identify user experience issues. Create detailed test plans and test cases to cover various usage scenarios and edge cases. Execute test cases and accurately document any usability issues, bugs, and glitches in a clear and organized manner. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers, to communicate and prioritize issues for resolution. Provide constructive feedback on user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design, suggesting improvements and enhancements. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to mobile UX testing. Perform compatibility testing to ensure the application works seamlessly across different screen sizes, resolutions, and mobile devices. Participate in post-release testing and regression testing to verify bug fixes and enhancements. Assist in creating and maintaining documentation related to mobile UX testing processes and best practices. Required Skills: Proven experience in mobile UX testing or related roles, with a strong portfolio of past projects. Proficiency with various mobile operating systems (iOS, Android) and familiarity with a wide range of mobile devices. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to think critically about user interactions and behaviors. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and best practices. Familiarity with mobile testing tools and software testing methodologies.
