Implement/Customize Workflows, Forms, Rules, Provisioning, Certifications, Connectors Resolve issues highlighted during System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing Investigate and resolve IAM-related incidents, analyzing system logs and access controls to identify and mitigate security risks. IntegratingotherIdentity Infrastructure with Azure AD identity authentication, SSO and MFA services Identify opportunities for process automation to streamline IAM operations and improve efficiency. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of IAM solutions, processes, and configurations. Skills and Experience: Experience in execution as it relates to the engineering and operational efforts required for Identity Management & Lifecycle, Access Management, & Access Certification Understand how the process flows from authoritative HR source through SailPoint Strong understanding of integrating with HR and ITSM systems, including the leaver, joiner, and mover workflows. Strong working knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ, including features, integration, and architecture. Understanding of Azure IAM and Identity Governance services. Experience in the development and configuration of SailPoints various modules. Broad understanding of the IAM cybersecurity landscape including identity stores, authentication / authorization, strong authentication, and privileged access management capabilities and methodologies.
