Working with business stakeholders and data conversion team, understand business landscape / functions and the volume and develop Cutover Strategy / Plan that's more than Data Conversion. Cutover Plan must cover "Pre Data Conversion" and "Post Data Conversion" activities. Detail steps during the Conversion / blackout period - both data conversion activities as well as manual "Blue Booking" process to support customer service and order processing. Hour by hour steps with proper sequences and dependencies Must account for the month end close cycle System readiness, End user readiness, Hypercare readiness Provide pragmatic approach for key shutdown activities including legacy systems by business functions such as Manufacturing, Physical Inventory, Transfer Orders to DCs, Customer Orders & Shipments, Invoicing etc. Negotiate, Publish, Manage Transition and Contingency Plan Manage 'mock cutover' to refine the Cutover Plan to minimize the cutover downtime / blackout period Strong Project Management background with experience in Planning, Executing and Closing ERP cutover projects.
