Architecture and Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using Node.js, React, and Next.js. CICD Implementation: Implement and manage Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CICD) pipelines to streamline the software development lifecycle. Repository Management: Oversee code repositories, branching strategies, and version control systems to ensure codebase integrity and collaboration efficiency. Code Reviews: Conduct regular code reviews to maintain code quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices. Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver software solutions that meet business needs. Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for the codebase, APIs, and system architecture. Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and other technical issues to ensure optimal application performance. Security: Implement and enforce security best practices to protect our applications and data. Team Building: Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members as needed. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience as a lead developer or technical lead in Node.js and React/Next.js projects. Strong expertise in CICD tools and practices. Experience with repository management and version control systems (e.g., Git). Proficiency in writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
