Title: Senior Product Designer Location: Beaverton, OR (Work from Office) Duration: Long Term Contract Must Haves: 1. UX 2. Wireframes 3. Digital product design Responsibilities Designing incredibly polished work that represents the customer brand and product experience through visual comps, wireframes, flows and prototypes. Working closely and collaboratively with a cross-functional team of product & program managers, engineers, researchers, marketing, operations, and fellow designers Inspiring new ways of thinking and exploring the unknown using fresh approaches to design problems while applying your knowledge of standard methodologies and user-centered design principles to build simple, beautiful, and seamless workflows. Helping develop design solutions using participatory and iterative techniques including user interviews, observation, usability testing, validation, and design thinking brainstorms and workshops. Rapidly iterating and refining design concepts from initial briefing through final delivery Contributing to a new, scalable vocabulary of components and paradigms for Customers internal capabilities tied to the customer design system. Requirements 6+ years of relevant experience delivering end-to-end digital product design solutions, with proven experience in visual design and UX. Strong understanding of product thinking, interaction design and execution and a hands-on, creative systems thinker with strong UX/UI/IA design expertise. Demonstrated user-centric design approach and insights-based design process, with strong cross-functional collaboration (e.g., with product managers, engineers, writers, researchers, and marketers). Ability to effectively communicate design intentions and establish the gravity around ideas. Experience designing technology solutions that power consumer touchpoints at scale, such as content management systems, experimentation tools, globalization solutions, and asset management platforms. Ability to deliver high-quality, end-to-end detailed design solutions that uphold Customer's quality standards. Ability to produce a holistic journey across touchpoints and platforms, with consistent design patterns, thoughtful interactions, and a cohesive look and feel. Experience launching software at scale in a fast-paced product organization, operating with a solid design process. Experience working with user research and data. A bachelors degree or any combination of education, training and experience in design, UX/UI design, human-computer interaction, or a related field. Proficient with design and prototyping tools including Figma, Adobe CC, and Keynote.
