This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business requirements, configuring the platform to meet those needs, and providing training and ongoing support. The consultant should have a deep understanding of healthcare insurance processes and workflows, as well as expertise in the Epic Payer Platform. Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Engagement: Collaborate with healthcare insurance clients to gather and understand their business requirements, goals, and challenges. 2. Configuration: Configure the Epic Payer Platform to align with the client's business processes, policies, and regulatory requirements. 3.
