Job Role:- Sap QM Consultant Job Location: - New York Long term SAP PP/QM/PM Proven expertise driving complex SAP transformation projects with best practices of SAP Implementations and change management Good understanding of Production processes ; Customer management must be the forte (Business workshop organizing, Testing support, Problem Solving, etc). Hands on configuration and testing experience on SAP PP/PI. Experience in Process, sub-process / process flow design and system design Good understanding of other SAP Lines of Business / SAP Modules from integration with PP/PI perspective Desirable to have technical skills to understand the technical nuances which are required to develop a new action Should possess excellent Communication / Presentation skills Specific process and SAP product knowledge in the following areas in addition to basic production / manufacturing related business processes (desirable but not limited to): Make-to-Order Production - Finished Goods Sales and Final Assembly Make to Stock with Co Products and By Products, Repetitive Manufacturing Demand-Driven Replenishment Planning and Execution Manufacturing with Kanban Supply into Production Variant Configuration Batch Management Manufacturing Compliances Just-In-Time Supply to Customer from Stock Recipe Management Experience in solution support area, including significant experience with incident management, configuration, and testing. Including experience with many of these key business process areas: Equipment Reliability Master Data Equipment Phase In Equipment Phase Out Project Based Maintenance Management Reporting/KPIs Rebuild Process Schedule Maintenance Breakdown Maintenance Preventive Maintenance Nice to Have: Exposure to Process Design, Customer facing role, End to End Implementation experience.
