MOI: Video Skills: - Duties andResponsibilities: Provides expert level systemanalysis, design, development, implementation, and testing of data-centricapplications in a Mainframe environment. Integrates third party data as needed. Thoroughly understands and appliesagile software development methodologies Kanban in particular. Translates technicalspecifications, and/or logical and physical design into code for new orenhancement projects (for internal or external clients). Develops code that reusessubroutines or objects, is well structured, includes sufficient comments, andis easy to maintain. Writes programs, ad hoc queries,and reports. Participates in design, code, andtest inspections throughout the life cycle to identify issues and ensuremethodology compliance. Writes the system/technical portionof assigned deliverables. Assists technical team members with thesystem/technical portion of their deliverables, e.g., systems testers, testplans. On small teams, the developer may write these items. Performs unit testing and writesappropriate unit test plans to ensure requirements are satisfied.
