Experience in using monitoring and performance testing tools - Grafana, DynaTrace, Splunk, JVisualVM, JMC, JMeter, HP Load Runner Deep technical knowledge of ORMB application (version 5 and above), data model Experience in identifying performance bottlenecks by analyzing AWR reports and fine-tuning complex queries. Experience with performance tuning ORMB/CC&B applications taking end to end accountability of benchmarking components, analyzing bottlenecks and fine tuning to meet performance SLAs. Experience with fine tuning ORMB batches, interfaces, algorithms, UIs, zones analyzing both custom and base product components. Experience in infrastructure management, estimations and server sizing Problem solving ability to drill down into details of each component to uncover areas for improvement. Job Description: Lead performance engineering team taking end to end accountability of system performance and scalability supporting day to day operations. Own, maintain, and develop performance engineering and testing infrastructure including benchmarks, test frameworks. Promote performance standards, best practices and provide guidance to software engineers. Design and implement solutions to evaluate and improve performance and scalability of ORMB application. Use monitoring tools to help diagnose, improve, and resolve performance issues. Perform performance analysis and optimization of ORMB and related applications in the ecosystem online portals, reporting systems. Translate business goals, requirements, SLAs to effectively design and drive performance engineering solutions. Troubleshoot and provide suggestions to increase load and performance of applications. Work with architects, engineering teams and DBAs to define benchmarks to track and characterize performance for different use cases.
