Role: DataStage ETL Developer Location: Remote Duration: 12-18 Months Interview: Video/ Phone Visa: / / Need LinkedIn profile link Tasks: Test migrated ETL jobs, focusing on data validation and data integrity. Troubleshoot and fix issues arising during migration or testing. Design and update ETL jobs as required. Migrate ETL jobs from DataStage V8.5 to DataStage V11.7 servers. Document processes, following guidelines from the team lead. Assist in implementing ETL jobs into production batch processes. Optimize the performance of ETL jobs as needed. Facilitate knowledge transfer to staff. Perform other related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: 3 years of experience in a DataStage ETL developer role. 2 years of experience with Oracle PL/SQL development. Desired Qualifications: Experience with DataStage Server and Parallel jobs, Routines, hash files, and/or sequences. Experience in testing and/or performance tuning of ETL jobs. Familiarity with batch scheduling tools like Automic, Control-M, etc. Knowledge of Activity Diagrams and/or Process Modeling. Experience with DataStage migration projects. Skills in developing Oracle Business Intelligence reports. Experience with PeopleSoft HR and/or Finance modules/data.
