Location: Capgemini - LAS VEGAS, NV (Hybrid)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a Workday Consultant who is recruiting, onboarding, and reporting know-how combined with HR knowledge. Workday Consultant will also be responsible for providing ongoing support and maintenance of Workday instance.

Primary Skills:

Experience with Workday HCM system.

Workday Recruiting consultant with 3-5 years of experience.

Workday HCM/Recruiting certification is preferred.

Demonstrable experience using the Workday Implementation Methodology on implementation and phase x projects.

Secondary Skills:

Expertise in Workday Core HCM, and Recruiting

Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy.

Responsible for managing full cycle recruitment ensuring a high-touch positive client and candidate experience.

Understand the business requirements and processes in order to configure Workday appropriately.

Experience in configuration of Recruiting dynamic BPs and HCM touchpoints.

HR Recruiting requirements good understanding of Workday Security.

Lead and participate in system testing activities such as data validation, regression testing, and end-user acceptance testing.

Develop training materials and lead user training sessions on new Workday functionality.

Demonstrated critical thinking and analytic skills required.

Stay up-to-date on Workday releases and updates and recommend changes or enhancements to improve system efficiency.

Participate in project planning and execution to ensure that Workday solutions are delivered successfully.

Create and maintain detailed documentation of business requirements, process flows, system configuration, and test plans.

Workday Consultants need skills in Communication, Time Management, Organisation, Problem Solving, and Technology.

Self-motivated, highly organized individual with the ability to prioritize independently while demonstrating a sense of urgency.

Ability to exercise confidentiality, tact and independent judgment in the performance of duties.

Ability to manage change effectively, always mindful of technology, business processes and systems implications.
