As part of the agile Scrum team supporting our applications, the primary focus of this role will be the solution architecture, application design, development and support of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and integrations into other technology platforms and developing a solid operating model. MUSTEXPERIENCE: BA/BS degree, with emphasis on Computer Science, Information Systems; or equivalent At least SEVEN years of related experience with the various modules in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder with multiple business units. Familiarity with email deliverability and best practices Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications Salesforce CRM / Financial Services, Sales or Service Cloud experience Proficiency using SQL and SOQL to query, analyze, and validate data Experience with email and/or marketing automation software and integration with databases Experience with developing Salesforce Marketing Cloud operating models Experience with Agile methodology Very strong communication skills Experience in Salesforce Lightning. Experience in customer-facing roles Strong organizational and time management skills Strong interpersonal skills including verbal, written skills ESSENTIAL DUTIES:Demonstrate a solid technical understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud standard methodologies and functionality including Email studio, Mobile Studio, Automation studio, Journey Builder, Interaction Studio, Ad Studio and Audience Builder Align the marketing cloud design with the intended marketing business functions and capabilities Collaborate with key business stakeholders to communicate best practices and to create, enhance, and develop effective Journeys Provide expert technical support on the multi-business unit platform and has the ability to troubleshoot and resolve data extension and SQL issues with existing Journey Creates appropriate templates and models for reuse Develop custom components for use in journey builder Assist with integrations between any technologies to Salesforce Marketing Cloud Lead workshops to facilitate best practice solutions and designs for marketing automation Coach and guide team members in the execution of a complex Journey set up and development, SMS campaigns, mobile app notifications, data model development and SFMC APIs Optimize existing customer journeys consisting of emails, SMS and other marketing channels Work closely with marketing, data and IT teams to ensure the platform's capabilities align with business goals and objectives Ensure data quality by managing contact models and data extensions, building audience segments using a variety of methods including filtered lists and SQL queries Keywords: business analyst active directory information technology |
