Proven Skills: Team and personnel leadership; Lead team of PM and Management professionals on large scale, enterprise wide projects. Experience in the following areas: (Lean Start-up, Scrum, SAFe, Design Thinking) Certified Scrum Master or equivalent Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Teams Experience in leading or consulting international product development, from POC to rolling out solutions world wide Preferred knowledge in Cyber Security o Experience in managing large scale, highly complex, long-term projects recently o Project management methodology based on the PMBOK 9 knowledge areas o MS Tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project o Project Management tool - Clarity o Cost estimation techniques and business case preparation o Financial services/captive auto finance industry experience o Strong understanding of System Development LifeCycle (SDLC) & IT application development process The Project Manager plans, organizes, executes, evaluates and leads systems projects from concept through closure. This includes all aspects of system implementation, following the Project Management Offices standards and procedures, to meet or exceed stakeholder needs and expectations and maintain a high level of quality through communication, customer service and organizational practices. Risk Management and Mitigation; Management of Project Budget(s); Communication Management; Development and execution of communication plans at all levels, including office of the CEO. Additionally the Project Manager will be responsible for Managing project activities involving remote Business Operations; Collaboration with supporting organizations: Office of General Counsel, Procurement, Controlling, IT, Accounting, Vendor and Supplier management, Contract Management, Coordination of plans and related project activities. Conflict resolution. Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills. Development of presentations. Working with MS Tools: PowerPoint, Word, MS Project, mail and scheduling tools. Project planning and timeline management. Managing multi-million dollar supplier related projects.
