Role: Business Data Analyst (Life Science Domain) Location: Charlotte, NC (Onsite) Type: Contract Shift Day 9AM TO 6PM EST Required Qualifications: Looking for someone in Life Science background and experience as Sr. Business/Data Analyst / Documentation. Job Description: Data Analysis and Solution Oriented Expert in Excel and powerpoint Comfortable in understanding and writing basic SQL scripts, if required for basic data crunching Mastered the Art of Problem solving by leveraging multiple dataset(s) across multiple domains. Act as an independent consultant by analysing data, recommending KPIs, conceptualizing UI, influencing stakeholders and manage the end-to-end of a BI dashboard, including data validation, drafting business requirements, documentation, SOP, user-guides etc. Stakeholder Management Having experience in presentation, documentation, and stakeholder management. Lead from the front in scraping out the analysis plan and working with different stakeholders (both Internal & External) to bring the plan to fruition. Expert in handling multiple client expectations simultaneously and single-handedly with minimal client support and intervention Project Execution and Team Collaboration Clear thought process and expert in anticipating any upcoming risks, delays or failures for project delivery. Knowledge of coordination between teams located at multiple locations worldwide. Aware of Agile methodologies - Creation of Product Backlogs, provide demo to Stakeholders and published the Sprint reports with the KPIs. Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution. Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement. Soft Skills Extremely Good in written and verbal communication skills. Great to have. Exposure to Pharma or Healthcare domain would be highly recommended.
