Collaborate with development teams, infrastructure teams and external business partners to set up, maintain and troubleshoot file transfer connections. Create, maintain and share technical documentation related to supporting our enterprise file transfer service. Job Qualifications: BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent knowledge acquired via work experience or other training. Experience with Windows and Unix operating systems, TCP/IP networks and file transfer protocols. Experience with Sterling File Gateway and BPML a plus. Strong analytical skill, effective communication skills and the ability to work independently and in teams. Three to five years or more of related IT work experience supporting file transfer software and services.
