IIQ Architect Certification is desirable. Excellent communication skills (written and spoken). Ability to manage complex environments and handle challenging clients. Experience operating as an Engagement Lead/Manager on large-scale SailPoint IdentityIQ projects. Experience working with large teams, handle/question client requirements. Must be in US, flexible to work PST time zone if required. I am looking for a SailPoint IDN Architect level resource. We may be looking to add on to the team, but to be precise on what I am looking for, I need someone that is deep in understanding the SailPoint technology, knows recommended practices to deploy the technology, but isnt just a technologist. This needs to be someone with really strong communication skills, can lead customer calls (cant be someone passive sitting/listening on zoom calls), can work with the customer collaboratively and is adept at steering them into making good decisions. Last, this person would need to have a good deal of patience this is a customer that on many days cant seem to get out of their own way. Potential length of the contract is 1 year, potentially more. This is an existing project, so its already under contract for us, I just need to add additional expertise to the team out there to keep things moving forward.
