Job Title: Oracle EBS HRMS Incentive Compensation Developer Work Location: ST Louis, Missouri (Remote) Duration: Long Term Interview: WebEx Hire Key Skills EBS HRMS Incentive Compensation Job Description: Role Description 7-10 years of experiences in handling Support Engagement involving Oracle EBS HRMS Incentive Compensation Must have an excellent understanding of EBS Incentive Compensation and the business processes. Must be able to liaise with internal stakeholders and with offshore team. Ability to identify system impact for small and medium-large scale initiatives. Knowledge of Project and/or Software Development Life Cycle Capture requirements for EBS Incentive Compensation with Integrations & customization. Perform retrofitting. Perform Unit testing, resolve technical issues, resolve defects and retest. Create projects and migrate packages. Review and validation of Integrations Create and execute test cases. Coordinate with the middleware team, IT teams for testing and fixing of integrations. Update technical design documents for retrofit wherever applicable for defect fixes and resolutions. Oversee code reviews and documentation for defect fixes and resolutions. Assist users during UAT phase. Prepare / review test plan, test cases and test data definition for various types of tests and update requisite information in test management tool. Coordinate with test team, other work stream leads and teams with respect to dependencies and deliverables. Create and execute test cases. Log defects and work with defect owner to resolve them. Review all team deliverables for conformity to quality standards. Involve in defects triage and ensure that the defect log is accurate and free of duplicates.
