Primary (Must have skills): 1) UI Presentation HTML5, CSS3, Boot Strap. 2) UI Interaction ReactJS, Flux, Java Script. 3) UI App State Management Redux JS Framework. 4) UI Package Management NPM. 5) UI Bundling Web Pack. 6) Back End SharePoint Online, SharePoint Migration, SPFx, CSOM, C#, .NET Framework and experience with on-prem to SPO migration Skills. 7) Low Code / No Code Platform MS Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) 8) Awareness on work Item management using Azure DevOps. 9)Awareness on Git, GitHub.
