Business Systems Analyst

5+Month Contract

Potential to Convert to Perm

Direct Client

No H1B

Pay Rate $42/Hour

Responsibilities:

Convert and upgrade existing Excel reports into dynamic, visually appealing dashboards using Power BI or other dashboard tools.

Collaborate with various teams to understand their reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.

Develop, test, and maintain ETL processes to ensure data integrity and timely delivery.

Assist in troubleshooting data discrepancies to ensure the accuracy of all delivered reports and dashboards.

Mandatory Skills:

Bachelors degree in computer science or information technology or related field.

Proficiency in SQL with a strong understanding of query optimization techniques.

Advanced knowledge of Power BI or any other dashboard tools for report and dashboard development.

Experience with ETL processes and tools.

Strong proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, charts, and complex formulas.

Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
