The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP FICO modules and architecture, with the ability to design, implement, and optimize financial solutions for our clients. As an SAP FICO Architect, you will be responsible for leading the financial implementation projects, ensuring seamless integration, and providing expert guidance to the development team. Key Responsibilities: Solution Design: Design end-to-end SAP FICO solutions, considering client requirements, industry best practices, and SAP capabilities. Implementation: Lead and oversee the implementation of SAP FICO modules, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Integration: Collaborate with other SAP modules and third-party systems, ensuring smooth integration and data flow across the enterprise landscape. Optimization: Continuously assess and optimize existing SAP FICO solutions to enhance performance, scalability, and user experience. Team Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring alignment with project goals and best practices. Interact with clients to understand their business requirements, provide consultations, and offer solutions tailored to their needs. Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, process flows, and system configurations. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 10+ years of experience in SAP FICO modules with a strong focus on architecture and implementation. Proven experience in leading end-to-end SAP FICO implementation projects, from requirements gathering to post-implementation support. Deep understanding of SAP FICO functionalities, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Cost Center Accounting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to devise innovative solutions to complex business challenges. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. SAP certifications in FICO modules are highly desirable.
