Job responsibility includes: Develop new ETL and enhancements and modify existing code using Informatica PowerCenter. Work independently to develop, configure, and unit test programs from specs (source to target mappings). Provide technical support for Informatica related issues (including production support as needed) and resolve performance and resolve code issues in a timely manner. Work with Business Analysts to gather requirement for enhancements of existing process. Perform impact analysis and create design documents for all the enhancements. Work with stake holders to make sure the enhancements are delivered as per the requirements. Perform Unit testing for all the ETLs developed / modified and document the test results. Work with Change Management to prepare Migration Documents and Objects for migration to TEST/UAT and Production environments. Troubleshoot Informatica workflow failures and Fix Informatica bugs. Informatica object migration between the environments. Strong SQL skills with the ability to tune and optimize complex queries. Knowledge in Unix Shell scripting. Proactive in identifying any issues and look for the better solution. Proactively identify system and feature improvements and opportunities to improve the platform. Having experience with the IWA scheduling tool would be a plus. Experience in the health care industry is a plus.
