Job Title : SAP VMS Lead Location : Manhattan Beach, California Work Arrangement : Hybrid Qualifications : Bachelors degree. with minimum 7 years of SAP VMS experience with at least 2 end to end SAP VMS (Vehicle Management System) implementations. Experience in conducting and gathering Business Requirements through Business Blueprint workshop. Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills to deal with a variety of stakeholders and end users. Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills in MS PowerPoint and Visio Be able to communicate effectively with team on issues, new requirements. Conduct testing sessions with business users and provide feedback to the delivery team. Strong understanding of SAP best practices and functionality. Proven ability to successfully drive projects to completion. A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements. SAP certification(s) is a plus.
