Skills: Flawless English is a MUST because this person will be communicating with architects regularly. 10+ years .NET Development 4 yearsspecificallywith .NET Core 4+ years with REACT 5 yearsdeveloping and integratingRESTful APIs 3+ years with microservices 8+ years developing complex SQL queries 5+ years specifically with SSIS 2+ years with CI/CD (Jenkins) AWS Certifications are HUGE. The last two hires were certified in AWS. If they dont have this, then I would atleast make sure that they have 2 years with AWS. |
