Responsibilities: Lead implementation for Blue Yonders transportation management system (TMS). Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. Work closely with a cross-functional team of consultants, solution architects, and client teams to deliver solutions that meet client requirements and deadlines. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members to achieve project objectives. Identify opportunities for additional consulting services that align with client business needs. Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years of experience in logistics and distribution, with at least 5 years in a consulting role. Experience in transportation management system (TMS) implementations, warehouse management system (WMS) implementations, and distribution network optimization. Advanced configuration expertise or solution architect experience in Blue Yonder TMS Knowledge in doing integrations with SAP - preferable Excellent client facing skills, with a track record of delivering high-quality consulting engagements. Ability to lead workstreams and implementation teams to achieve project objectives. Strong project management skills, with the ability to develop and maintain project plans, status reports, risk assessments, and other project-related documentation.
