Job Title : Java Technical Lead
Location: Charlotte NC
Duration: Contract

Responsibilities
Interpret written business requirements, functional requirements and technical specification documents to design and develop technical solutions that meet business needs
Perform system design and specification development, program logic and flow-charting that meets the stated project objectives
Identifies and manages dependencies and downstream impacts of the project to minimize adverse effects on other projects and / or programs
Identify and communicate technical risks, issues, and changes
Perform coding to written technical specifications
Coordinate coding and unit testing phases of system development and facilitate Code Reviews
Oversees the configuration, customization, diagnoses, and enhancements for operating systems software.
Designs, codes and develops, and unit tests applications in accordance with established standards.
Performs detailed design and code reviews and addresses findings appropriately.

Skills
Experience using JavaScript tools like Node.js, Webpack, Jasmine, etc or framework like Angular.
Experience using Java EE technologies, Spring framework (i.e. Core, Security, MVC).
Experience with build automation using Ant or Maven or Gradle.
Experience with Open Source integration frameworks such as Spring integration, GraphQL, Kong
Experience with Cloud and container technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, AWS, EKS
Experience with Spring WebFlux, RxJS or any such reactive framework
Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI or ElectricFlow.
Database experience - Oracle SQL/PLSQL, MongoDB, SQL Server, RDS, DynamoDB is a plus
Experience using agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, etc. and preferably SAFe.
Working experience of iterative and incremental development process
