A solid understanding of software design principles. Experience and skills in Analyzing customer requirements, appropriate Solution approaches and design the solutions using Salesforce Platform. Awareness of platform-specific design considerations such as large data volumes, allocation limits, and data migration. Experience with cross-cloud Salesforce (SFDC) implementations integrated with other cloud and on-premises systems. Experience in migrating legacy system to Salesforce, migrating large data volume to Salesforce. Experience in handling large data volume to Salesforce and experience of resolving associated issues. Experience with release management, source control, and deployment technologies such as CI/CD pipelines, Metadata API, and integration services Provide feedback to management concerning the success or failure of new initiatives. Adhere to standards for resolution, documentation and quality review times and monitor performance against standards. Provide training and mentoring to entry levels people. Technical Skills: Very strong in Salesforce and has played the Architects role for minimum 5+ years. Developing governance strategies to mitigate risk. Strong business acumen. Ability to identify technical design risks. Ability to communicate solutions to a variety of technical and nontechnical stakeholders. Conduct research on use of Salesforce, producing a report of findings with recommended steps and a roadmap for Salesforce solutions. Collaborate with colleagues and customers to create prototypes and proofs of concept as a means of eliciting and defining requirements. Describe and illustrate architect and designs with appropriate justifications. Review solutions and recommend improvements. Own the design of Salesforce and other affiliated solutions for Sales, Service, and platform solutions. Ensure documentation of Architectural Desing for an application. Supervise the configuration, quality assurance, and testing of Salesforce applications. Lead technical team; design, create and enhance application architecture and assist the client to shape their architectural vision and roadmap plan. Design and instruct the solution framework to the Salesforce development team. Understand the Feature and User Stories and efforts estimates. Stay current on Salesforce releases, new features, product roadmaps. Identify, escalate, and monitor technical issues to resolution. Should be able to modify / plan for Salesforce the data model. Should have experience in Salesforce integration and conversions. Implement the technical best practices and solutions. Excellent communication and customer handling skills. Experience in REST Integration. Working knowledge in REST, SOAP API, Apex data loader, platform events. Able to create tech enablers for the technical implementation to overcome the production issues. Should have experience in BFSI / Finance domain / Salesforce Finance Cloud. Should have experience in merging / consolidation / acquisition of a large data volume and their accounts. Behavioural Skills: Good communication and analytical skill. Ability to work with multiple stake holders onshore and offshore. Team player, ability to work independently and assist team members. Resolve technical issues of projects and explore alternate designs. Effectively collaborates and communicates with the team. Agile development experience.
