Work with SAP via OSS & Solution Manager to resolve problems Configure Start, Default, and Instance Profiles. Project management surrounding the SAP, DB2, and other upgrades and new product installations. Knowledge in administering a combination of SAP systems like ECC, Solution Manager, TREX, Content Server, Portal, LVM, and HP Quality Center is preferred.
